Basalt

I have visited this place in Iceland several times and tried to get a picture that shows the size of these amazing structures called columnar basalt. They are formed when lava slowly solidifies, and can be seen in many places in the world where the rocks are of volcanic origin.
On a rainy and windy day, I finally managed to get the picture I had long dreamed of. The picture of the basalt is composed of several pictures, which makes it possible to print it in very large formats, which helps to emphasize how amazing these naturally created stones are.
